I work for one of the largest financial institutions in the country & we have been using AFN since 2008. I continue to be astonished at the exhaustive level of customization we are able to build in to the database...making our constant reporting as specific as we need it to be. Our experience with AFN & Vigilus has been exceptional - from conducting the (very thorough) initial employee training sessions, to the rollout and transition of AFN to the ongoing support...absolutely first-rate. The service is unmatched - very, very responsive to any question you may have, which is such a rarity these days.
